Which connectors and standards do your chargers support?
AC chargers come with Type 2 (IEC 62196-2) or Type 1 (SAE J1772). DC chargers support CCS1, CCS2, CHAdeMO and NACS. All networked models support OCPP 1.6J and OCPP 2.0.1.
Which certifications do you have?
IEC versions are supplied with CE, UKCA and TÜV certification; North American versions with ETL and ENERGY STAR. IEC test reports are available. We send the certificates for the exact model you order.
Can you build chargers under our brand?
Yes. We offer OEM and ODM: housing colour and logo, screen interface, app branding, firmware features, backend integration and packaging.
Will your chargers work with our OCPP backend?
Yes — via OCPP 1.6J or 2.0.1 over Ethernet, Wi-Fi or 4G. Share your CSMS details with your inquiry so we can confirm the configuration.
Can AC chargers avoid overloading a home or building supply?
Yes. Dynamic load balancing with a CT sensor adjusts the charging current to the available supply, and solar surplus mode follows PV output.
What warranty do you offer?
Our chargers carry a 2-year warranty.
