OEM / ODM questions
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM means we build one of our existing chargers with your branding — logo, colours, packaging. ODM goes further: we adapt the design, screen interface, firmware features or app to your specification.
Which products can be private-labelled?
All our chargers: AC wallboxes, dual-port AC posts, DC wallboxes, DC fast chargers, portable and mobile chargers, plus cables and accessories.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and on how much is customised — a logo and packaging change needs less than a new housing colour or a custom app. Tell us the product and your expected quantity and we will confirm.
Can you integrate with our OCPP backend?
Yes. Our networked chargers support OCPP 1.6J and OCPP 2.0.1. Share your CSMS details at the brief stage so the configuration can be confirmed before samples.
How are certifications handled for our brand?
Our chargers are certified per market configuration: CE, UKCA and TÜV for IEC versions; ETL and ENERGY STAR for North American versions. Certificates are issued for specific models, so discuss your market and brand at the brief stage and we will advise what is needed for your branded model.
What warranty applies to OEM chargers?
Our chargers carry a 2-year warranty.
